23rd April 2024 | Exciting Progress in Mawar, Orkid & Seroja – Updates from TNB, Air Selangor, and Road Constructions.

We are thrilled to share continuous progress at Morib Bay Resort City Projects, specifically in the Mawar, Orkid, and Seroja areas. Our dedicated teams have been working diligently on critical infrastructure improvements, including power supply connections, water piping developments, and road construction, to ensure the highest quality outcomes for our buyers.

Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) has achieved a crucial milestone with the successful completion of cable measurements which were affected by cable thefts previously. Furthermore, we are actively resolving issues at the TNB substation, with plans to repair a broken entrance by the end of this week.

 

Additionally, the progress of work by Air Selangor is proceeding smoothly and efficiently. The Air Selangor team is fully engaged in the development of tapping progress to ensure the seamless water connection of the project.

Moreover, the sewerage section has reached a significant milestone with the completion of work. We eagerly anticipate the next step: the installation of the manholes. This critical component will enhance the reliability of our sewerage system.

 

 

 

 

Other than that, substantial progress has been made in main road construction and the Mawar Section. The second layer of crusher run for this section is scheduled to be completed by midweek. Following this, the first layer of premix is anticipated to commence by this Friday.

The premix schedule for the Mawar Section includes the completion of the second crusher run by April 24th (Wednesday), remix starting on April 25th or 26th (Thursday or Friday), and completion of premix by April 27th (Saturday).

 

Last but not least,our site workers are currently focusing on two key areas. For Orkid, they’re handling Sub-clause 2D, which involves roofing and plumbing tasks. Meanwhile, at Mawar, they’re working on Sub-clause 2E, which pertains to internal wall finishes.
